I stayed in the Annex, room 125, where the shower seemed updated, but the room felt a bit old and dingy overall. The beds were comfortable, though. I noticed some dirt in the bathroom and on the mirrors, which was disappointing. Our TV didn’t work for most of the stay, and we had to rely on staff to fix it, which felt a bit awkward. The breakfast options were limited and not refilled, leaving us wanting more. Kids riding bikes in the hall added a chaotic vibe. While the staff was friendly, they were not always available when needed and seemed disorganized. I liked the convenience of the property but was hoping for a cleaner and more organized experience.
